Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Padee (Paj Dib). As a wellness practitioner, I’ve personally overcome mental health challenges like trauma, abuse, and heartache. In 2022, I hit a crisis point which catapulted my healing journey. Through yoga and meditation, I found strength and peace, which inspired me to become a yoga teacher in 2023.
Additionally, I recognized the lack of support I had in my own struggles and I became a Certified Peer Support Specialist. I now offer guidance to people dealing with suicidal ideation, C-PTSD, betrayal trauma, shame, anxiety, depression, and body dysmorphia.
My journey has taught me healthier ways to cope and the courage to face and heal past wounds. While I still have hard days, I’ve learned to embrace the ups and downs of healing.
Through my work, I aim to help others recognize their worth, build resilience, and advocate for themselves on their own paths to recovery.
