Are these 1:1 sessions?

Yes! These sessions are 100% 1:1 and are practiced in a smaller space. Please let me know if you have questions.

Do I need to have experience in yoga? Meditation? Reiki?

Absolutely not! All services are offered and curated for everyone. We will touch base on the services and you will learn as you go.

What should I bring to my appointment?

You may bring a journal (if you choose to write during your session), water bottle, a light blanket, eye pillow and a yoga mat (mats and eye pillows are available for use in the space).
